1. Introduction
We are committed to providing professional, quality services. This policy outlines conditions regarding payments, deposits, and refunds.
 

2. Deposits
Some projects require a deposit to secure project dates and cover initial costs.

Deposits may be non-refundable once:

• Materials are ordered

• Project planning is confirmed

• Work has begun

3. Project Cancellation
If a client cancels after signing a contract:

• Costs already incurred (materials, preparation, planning) may be billed

• Certain deposits may not be refundable
  Each case is evaluated individually.

4. Completed Work
Once work is completed according to the signed contract, payments are generally non-refundable.
Concerns about quality must be communicated promptly so we can resolve them.

5. Warranty and Corrections
If an issue arises related to our work, we will assess and correct it if justified.
